Removing a user from Blackberry Express aka Professional

Sometimes a user gets stuck in the database and you have to manually purge them. If this happens open command prompt and type

osql -E -S SERVERNAME\DATABASESERVERNAME
1>use BESMgmt
2>select DisplayName from UserConfig
3>go

THEN when you see the displayname type is as testuser

1>use BESMgmt
2>delete from UserConfig where DisplayName=“testuser”
3>go

1>exit
