Magento - Google Base Connection Stops Working (read timed out)
Been getting error "read timed out" in magento admin panel when trying to upload products this week. Turns out they deprecated the api that runs it in Magento 1.4.1.1 so - for now you will want to use this extension to connect magento and google shopping.

That extension doesn't list 1.4 as compatible...
ReplyDeletetrue - been working through this problem this week myself. seems the best way to handle it is to upgrade magento (YIKES)
